If I decide to attend the meeting, can I vote then?

All shareholders of record on May 20, 2010 are invited to attend the meeting. Only shareholders and persons holding proxies from shareholders may attend the annual general meeting. If you are a shareholder of record, please bring a form of personal identification to be admitted to the meeting. If your a beneficial owner of shares that are held in the name of your broker, bank or other nominee and you plan to attend the meeting, you must present proof of your ownership of those shares as of the record date, such as a bank or brokerage account statement or letter, together with a form of personal identification, to be admitted to the meeting.
